If you’ve already taken part 1, this first Module is a quick refresher on what you learned in the last course.
In the last course, we learned that trauma effects some 35 million children in the United States. In general, it is a psychological or emotional response to an event or an experience that is deeply distressing or disturbing. What’s really important to remember is that what can be traumatizing for one person can be very benign for another person, and vice versa.
